Application:
Used in food, pharmaceutical, fine chemical, agriculture, oil drilling and exploitation. In food field, xanthan gum is used as salt resistant thickener, high efficient suspension agent and emulsifier, high viscosity filling agent, it can improve the freeze stability and mouth-feeling of the products, meanwhile, it can extend the shelf life or products.
